I bought seats. Where is my join code?
It is on the confirmation page and in the email we sent to the address you used at checkout. Or sign in to your organization page.
How do members join?
In the app, choose Organization, enter the join code and their email, then tap the link we email them.
I did not get my sign-in link.
Check spam, then request a new link on the organization sign-in page. Links work for 15 minutes.
How do I manage my subscription?
Sign in to your organization page, open Billing, and use the secure billing portal.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Restore purchases. Use the same App Store or Google Play account.
